Welcome to newly appointed registrar of MTU, Dr. Dilanath Phuyel

In a welcome program held at MTU, Vice Chancellor Dr. Subash Shree Pokhrel welcomed newly appointed registrar of the university Dr. Dilanath Phuyel. Dr. Phuyel was congratulated by all the officials of MTU present on the program.
