About Service Commission

The Manmohan Technical University (MTU) Service Commission is an autonomous institutional body of Manmohan Technical University responsible for managing and facilitating the recruitment and appointment process for various academic, administrative, technical, and other positions within the University. It is established to ensure that vacancies are fulfilled through a fair, transparent, merit-based, and competitive process, in accordance with the prevailing laws, rules, regulations, and policies of the University.

The Service Commission plays an important role in strengthening the University's human resources by conducting or overseeing recruitment-related activities, including the publication of vacancy notices, determination of eligibility requirements, competitive examinations, interviews, selection, and recommendation of suitable candidates for appointment to vacant positions.

As an autonomous body within MTU, the Commission is expected to maintain institutional independence, impartiality, confidentiality, transparency, and accountability throughout the recruitment process. Through systematic and merit-based selection, the MTU Service Commission contributes to building a competent and professional workforce capable of supporting the University's academic, administrative, technical, and institutional objectives.
